Tom P's "The Preacher's Kid" release party - Atlanta hip hop
Not only did The Preachers Kid chart on iTunes (pretty amazing for a COMPLETELY INDIE artist) but the party / show Tom P threw to celebrate had a great turn out on the same day Tom P was featured in Atlanta's largest press "Creative Loafing" with a full article. The album features 14 tracks and appearances from Atlanta rappers Rittz, Trinidad James, Jarren Benton, Playboy Tre, BIGREC and Gripplyaz. It also features vocals from Alexandria Lushington and Danny Boone from the group Rehab.
Tom P opens for MGK and ACE Hood at LUNAR MASSIVE FESTIVAL

After 2 years in the making, Atlanta MC Tom P releases his 3rd solo album The Preachers Kid. It debuted in the top 100 on iTunes and received great reviews from fans and across the blogosphere. The album featured several of Tom P's fellow Atlanta homeys/talents like RITTZ, Jarren Benton, Trinidad James, Rehab, Playboy Tre, BIGREC, Gripplyaz and Alexandria Lushington.
Tom P had recently won "Best hip hop act in Atlanta" which only added to the buzz around this artist come Nov 5th when the album finally dropped on-line.

Tom P WINS "BEST HIP HOP ACT in ATLANTA" in Creative Loafing
The buzzing Atlanta MC who has been on the grind for the last several years finally got an award which many felt was long overdue. He won "best hip hop act in Atlanta." The award was given by Creative Loafing which is the cities largest and most popular free press. If you're not from Atlanta; Creative Loafing is a city wide magazine that you can find outside of any bar, club, store and/or basically street corner in the city and greater area. You can read more about Creative Loafing on their wicki page. This is not the first time Tom P has been featured in the magazine. He also won Best overall act in Atlanta in 2012 and was featured in 2010 after headlining a show which brought out over 1,000 fans. Read more about Tom P on his official site.

Tom P headlines packed out show at Wild Bills
Tom p performs live at Wild Bills as part of The Wild Bills Takeover. The buzzing Atlanta artist released his new album The Preachers Kid on Novemeber 5th 2013. This was part of a brief gig-run that Tom P and his crew did to build hype around the album's release. The album ended up charting on iTunes and topped the independent charts. Tom P opens for TOO $HORT at the A3C Festival
Atlanta rapper Tom P returns to the A3C hip hop festival for the fifth year. This year he opened for rap legend Too Short and up and comer Problem on one of the main stages of the festival. Tom P has also opened up for artists like Raekwon, Big Krit and Mac Miller at the Atlanta A3C festival. Tom P was listed as a headliner, unsurprising due to the buzzing MC recently winning "best hip hop act" in the city and recent shows with MGK, Techn9ne and a headlining performance with Too Short at the A3C. Well before you start planning my intervention I’ll have you know that this was more than an epic party it was an epic video shoot. Decatur’s own Tom P gave an online proclamation that he would be throwing a party/video shoot for his up coming single. I knew I was in for a good time when I was greeted by a horse and a strobe light at the entrance. Minutes passed before I found a cup of beer in my hand as I watch rappers, fans, and video vixens show out for the camera.
